professionals and/or golf clubs listed on this site, providing a
secure ordering process and communication links. Any customer queries,

Security and Data Protection
You may access your registration information in our possession to
review, modify or update such information, by emailing
admin@top100golfapparel. com. Your information is held only as
necessary to fulfil orders and occasional information emails about new
products or services offered by the golf professionals involved on
this site. You may elect at any time to have your details removed from
our database by emailing admin@top100golfapparel. com.
All transactions undertaken on this site are handled via

WorldPay
Payment Methods
The following credit and debit cards are accepted: Visa and
MasterCard. All prices are inclusive of shipping costs and UK VAT
(17.5%).
Shipping and Customs
Shipping costs will be added to the bill before final payment. Local
customs duty may be payable - this will be the responsibility of the
customer.
Availability and Delivery
Embroidery (or enamelling etc.) of the chosen crest is activated upon
order receipt. It is our policy to turn orders around as soon as
possible but please allow up to 28 days for delivery as orders have to
be embroidered / enamelled with the crest of your choice. Delivery
will be direct from the manufacturer / supplier unless the item is
advertised as available from the Pro'. All items are insured for
damage and loss in transit. In the case of an item being ordered
before the web site can be updated to reflect it is out of order we
will contact you to advise lead times or offer a suitable alternative.
Official Merchandise
The items sold on the website carry the official Golf Club crest and
cannot be purchased officially from any other independent outlet or
website.
Standard Returns
For any returns please contact
customer.service@top100golfapparel.com within 28 days of receipt with a note of the defect and whether refund or replacement
is required, whereupon we will provide details of where to return the
item. Please note all items must be returned in original
or equivalent packaging.
We will pay the return charge if we sent the wrong item or if it
arrived damaged.
Our Standard Returns
policy does not apply to all items. Exceptions to our
Standard Returns policy and instructions on how to return
these particular items appear below.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We advise that you insure any items you want to return as you will be
liable for any items that are lost or damaged in transit when being
returned.
Customised / Personalised Products
All
sales are final for customised products. These items
cannot be returned. If an error occurred in your order
process or packaging, please contact our Customer Services
team at customer.service@top100golfapparel.com.
Please note this applies to all Peter Scott sweaters where
a club crest has been chosen and Yob Golf products where
club crests and personal names have been added to items.
Refund Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt.
If you are rejecting items for reasons other than defects or
incomplete or incorrect delivery, you are still entitled to a full
refund. You must return these via recorded delivery. We will not
refund the return recorded delivery costs.
You must retain a copy of the recorded delivery receipt until such
time as the refund /return on this item has been completed.
Items that are returned in an un-sellable condition (other than by
reason of defect), will be subject to a re-stocking fee at our
discretion.
